These terms apply to the mobile apps published by World of Wallpapers, including Offender Shield. By using our apps you agree to them.
What the apps are for
Our safety apps display information from public government registries for personal awareness. The information is public record. We do not create it and we cannot guarantee that any individual record is current, complete, or accurate.
What you may not do
- Use the apps to harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any person. Doing so may be a crime under state and federal law.
- Use the information for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Our apps are not consumer reporting agencies.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the apps.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
The apps are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, World of Wallpapers is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on information shown in the apps.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
